Blood Balloon is an enemy in BloodRayne: Betrayal.
Blood balloons are bloated creatures filled with blood and human remains. They are heavy enemies and can't be stunned with regular attacks, more stronger attacks are needed, like the dash slice. Since the blood balloons are filled with blood, they are good source of nourishment for vampires and dhampirs. Blood balloons have an ability to exhale poisonous clouds. They also carry a big hammer they use to attack their enemies.
