Gorham was a Deputy who lived in Mortton, Louisiana where he attempted to hold his ground in the courthouse against the Maraisreq and Mutates terrorizing the area. Gorham possessed multiple guns to combat the Maraisreq but he couldn't hold against its attacks for much longer. He was eventually rescued by Rayne. Despite his rescue, he was eventually killed by the Maraisreq during the raid on Termaine Mausoleum.
